Core Responsibilities

  • Lead with vision – Define and drive the global technology roadmap for packing, embedding design-for-manufacture (DfM), LEAN, and digitalization.
  • Build the future – Take innovations from pilot to global deployment, ensuring robust qualification, scalability, and lifecycle management.
  • Elevate performance – Champion continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and global standards across all packaging technologies.
  • Shape supply networks – Develop global supplier partnerships and low-cost sourcing strategies that deliver resilience, scalability, and flexibility.
  • Drive sustainability – Align every packing technology decision with LEGO’s long-term sustainability commitments.
  • Inspire teams – Lead, mentor, and grow diverse talent; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

With up to 40% international travel, you’ll work hands-on with teams, partners, and suppliers across regions to make real impact.

Play Your Part In Our Team Succeeding

This is an opportunity to help shape the technological foundation of our packing operations. By leading projects within the Braun Field and A&D areas, championing platform standardization, and overseeing capability development, you will ensure that the LEGO Group remains at the forefront of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.

Your leadership in managing supplier relationships and implementing robust installation strategies will directly contribute to operational excellence and the achievement of long-term strategic goals.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • A track record of strategic leadership at scale, influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Experience in supplier globalization, low-cost sourcing, and building resilient global networks.
