The role is wide reaching and highly passionate about significant results, you’ll play a key role in connecting with our customers, encouraging regular interactions and understanding their requirements. The role retains responsibilities across document client interactions and requirements, ensuring transparency and alignment.

The role will chip in facilitating engagements with data strategy partners, supporting content initiatives and driving perfection. You will play a leading role in taking up end-to-end responsibility for content related issues, including database infrastructure and maintenance. The role demands working with Customer success teams, assisting with RFP and RFI submissions, and client onboarding.

This role needs to work closely with Development partners, handling requirements, project planning and defect resolutions. Familiarity with Market Dynamics and Regulatory Landscape will be an added advantage for this role, as the Content Specialist will work on initiatives for translating external market policies and changes into internal operational requirements.

The role will be responsible for addressing service issues, demonstrating ownership and dedication to customer happiness.

The role needs a combination of Agile, tenchnical, communication and facilitation skills to effectively guide the team and deliver automation and simplification initiatives to improve efficiency across content teams.

This role relies heavily on effective partnership at different levels and includes ability to mentor and develope peers to achieve greater success.

Crucial Proficiencies

  • Good understanding of Corporate Actions Content, Content Distribution platforms and Products.
  • ISO 15022 knowledge and its applicability across the asset classes.
  • Excellent Project Management, Business Analysis and Requirement writing skills.

Strong conceptual knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) and object relationship models.

Familiarity with Data integration concepts, CIQM/CDF, Datascope suite of products.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Analytical attitude with a focus on problem-solving.

Passion for automation and simplification.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Computer Science).
