Senior Associate, Internal Communications – Bangkok

This role is for someone who’s passionate about helping people feel informed, connected, and inspired at work. As a Senior Associate in Internal Communications, you’ll play a key role in making sure our colleagues in Bangkok understand and feel part of LSEG’s purpose, values, and goals. You’ll help shape how we communicate across teams, making sure messages are clear, engaging, and significant.

This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and reports to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications for the Asia-Pacific region.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead internal communications for our Bangkok office, making sure local efforts support our global goals.
• Create and deliver communication plans that help teams understand business priorities and feel connected.
• Work closely with local leaders to understand what people need to hear and how best to share it.
• Collaborate with teams across the business—like HR, Marketing, and Legal—to support shared projects.
• Partner with other internal communications colleagues to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
• Write and produce content that’s clear, engaging, and aligned with our values.
• Track how well communications are working and suggest ways to improve.
• Promote our values - Integrity, Partnership, Excellence, and Change - in everything you do.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing skills - you know how to make complex ideas easy to understand.
• Experience using digital tools and platforms to communicate with teams, including adoption of AI tools.
• A collaborative approach - you enjoy working with others and establishing relationships.
• Confidence in giving advice and helping others communicate more effectively.
• A proactive attitude - you take initiative and adapt quickly.
• Understanding of standard processes in internal communications.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work.
