How It Works:

  • The Program consists of four, six-month rotations within various departments
  • Rotations are designed to promote career development and enhance professional skills through meaningful contributions to departmental goals
  • Associates will engage in project-related and analytical assignments while supporting departmental initiatives
  • Development is achieved through on-the-job experience, training, and extensive networking opportunities
  • Associates are paired with a Franklin Templeton leader who provides mentorship, career guidance, and support in building connections across the organization

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role:

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by September 2026 (or within the last few years)
  • Internship or previous experience in Investment Management

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with data and digital tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information

Soft Skills

  • Adaptable and innovative mindset
  • Effective leadership and teamwork
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Passion for financial services
