The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager in Adelaide, South Australia. This permanent full-time position is a great opportunity for someone who wants a new challenge and is eager to be part of our leadership team. The successful applicant will work with the Adelaide Metro branch.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, John O’Shea you’ll build the capacity of Team Leaders and their teams to meet targets and KPIs, deliver outstanding customer service and build successful businesses. This patch currently compromises' of 6 teams led by predominantly experienced, well-established TL’s and a couple of new Team Leaders. This branch includes the densely populated area of Metro Adelaide with approximately 400k – 450k households.

There is the capacity for additional field and leadership growth in the future.

The position is full time, with regular evening and occasional weekend work. While primarily home-based, you’ll need to be located within (or willing to travel in) the Adelaide metro area as the role involves face-to-face field interactions, and scheduled meetings at designated locations. We also welcome candidates considering relocating to Adelaide.

• A successful track record building your own business and knowledge of “what it takes” to develop and grow a Thermomix business (Commercial Focus)

• The ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and long-term success across the Branch (Strategic Focus)
