Overview

CAA Executive Search is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant to join the team to support with recruiting C-level and senior executives, non-executive directors, and board-level executives around the world. Executive Search leverage a vast global network of talent to provide clients with a diverse and highly qualified pool of candidates, using a variety of tools, including assessment software and psychometric testing, evaluating the potential and performance of senior management teams. 

Main responsibilities to include, but not limited to: 

  • Supporting the President, CAA Executive Search with scheduling, travel booking, and expense reports.
  • Assisting the Executive Search Coordinator with tasks on an ad hoc basis.
  • Supporting the International Search business across report writing, pitch deck creation, and research.
  • Conducting client and candidate research using LinkedIn and other search engines,
  • Building candidate profiles and preparing materials for client submissions,
  • Collaborating with internal team members on projects as needed,
  • Creating high-quality presentations and pitch decks using PowerPoint,
  • Arranging interviews for hiring managers, sending email confirmations, and setting up Teams calls
  • Managing general systems and candidate administration.
  • Providing diary management support for the team.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • IT literate and a good understanding of MS Office basics.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Must be organised and have excellent attention to detail.
  • A keenness to develop a career within Executive Search/ Recruitment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretely handle sensitive and confidential information. 
  • Strong resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Needs to be a team player who is approachable and supportive; able to contribute ideas and recommendations. 
  • Excellent time management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively.
