Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our IP Collaboration team in Belgrade. This person will be responsible for working as a QA engineer day-to-day operations of the QA team, ensuring the achievement of operational targets and objectives within the QA domain. 
We are looking for a passionate individual with strong test automation experience to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web applications.
 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
 

• 3+ years of experience in the QA field
• 2+ years of experience using any programming language, e.g., C#, Java, Python
• 2+ years of experience in Automation testing, using tools and frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
• 2+ years of experience with REST API testing 

It would be great if you also have...
 

• Degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience in designing automated test scripts to validate expected behavior for web apps, using test automation frameworks
• Hands-on use of database testing tools and SQL
• Experience in testing cloud-based applications
• Experience in Performance testing and JMeter
• Experience with AWS/Azure DevOps
• Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies and QA processes

What will you be doing in this role?
 

• Work as part of a collaborative team of technologists and business partners to provide the highest quality experience for our customers
• Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented and adhered to by project squads
• Develop, execute, and maintain test automation scripts using C#, Playwright
• Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, system, and regression tests
• Perform test execution, defect management, and test case reporting for development cycles and production patch defects
• Provide testing estimates, test scenarios and test cases for user stories

The IP Collaboration Hub project's vision is to enable a frictionless process for clients to instruct, track and pay for IP services globally and for our agents, an efficient and error-free method to bill clients, get paid faster, and grow their practices. Our team utilizes C# RestSharp for API testing, a custom .NET solution for various integration testing, C# and Playwright for UI automation testing.
 

About The Team

The scrum team consists of 1 Technical Lead, 4 Developers, 2 QA Engineers and 1 Product Manager. The wider IP Collaboration Hub team consists of 1 Solution Architect, 15 Developers, 6 QA Engineers, 3 Product Managers. This role reports to our Team Lead, Quality Assurance Engineer.

Hours Of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone. 

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
