User Acquisition Manager (memoryOS)

Currently, we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager for our portfolio company - memoryOS.

memoryOS is the world’s #1 memory app enabling people to retain needed knowledge. 
People lose needed knowledge and memories. This triggers stress, embarrassing situations, and leads to missed opportunities in their personal and professional lives. 

Co-founded by 2x World Memory Champion and experienced tech founders, with an advisory board of industry leaders in subscription business models, product-led growth, education, and neuroscience. Co-founder recently won “Jeopardy” and “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” and set a world record for remembering 100,000 Pi decimals, featured on TechCrunch, BBC, New York Times, The Times, INDEPENDENT, The Telegraph, and more.

About You:

• 2+ years in growth marketing roles focused on paid acquisition and conversion optimization;
• Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and budgets of at least $50K/month;
• Experience with mobile apps or web-to-app funnels;
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel, Tableau/Data Studio, and attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust;
• A test-and-learn mindset and the ability to move fast based on data;
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

What You'Ll Do:

• Run and scale Meta Ads (SKAN & Web) campaigns with performance budgets over $300K/month;
• Analyze funnel performance, LTV, CPA, and ROI to continuously improve user acquisition strategies;
• Collaborate with designers to produce and iterate on high-converting creatives;
• Own marketing analytics: work with tools like Amplitude, Appsflyer, and Campaignswell to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights;
• Research market trends and competitors, generate and test new growth hypotheses;
• Communicate results, bottlenecks, and ensure efficient collaboration with the dev team, R&D, and C-level executives.

Nice-To-Have:

• Experience with TikTok, ASA;
• Experience working in a startup or remote-first team environment.
