Qualifications:
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $155,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Bachelors degree in related field
8+ years relevant experience
TS/SCI clearance
PMP Certification and Sec+ Certification preferred
Strong proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager

What will you be doing?
This position will support one of our customers in tracking the progress through their projects, help managing resources, identifying constraints, escalating as required and making sure all customer stakeholder requirements are met.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Facilitate regular updates, status reviews, and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Mentor and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Clarify roles and responsibilities, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth execution across departments.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage risks proactively, especially in sensitive environments like government or defense.
