PwC has an opportunity for a Legal Associate to join our Legal Business Solutions team based in Ulaanbaatar. Our team specializes in providing legal advice across all our clients’ disciplines. A career within our Legal Business Solutions team, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organizations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, ongoing compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks.    

What You Will Do

As an Associate, you will work as a part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project 

• Prepare Deliverables

• Contribute development of your own vision and technical capabilities and of your team 
• Keep up to date with commercial trends and local economic issues and their legal implications 
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients 

What You Will Bring Along

• Degree In Law

• Proficiency in English and Mongolian, both verbal and written 
• Meticulous, organized and committed to delivering high-quality work 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently while functioning well in a multidisciplinary team environment 
• Ability to understand general business operations, issues and dynamics beyond the scope of basic legal issues
