Job Description

Scope:

The Head of Business Excellence and Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the Business Excellence and Operations team to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Business Excellence and Operations team
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the Business Excellence and Operations team to ensure successful execution of strategic plans.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and develop/implement solutions for increased efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Provide training and support to business teams on best practices, processes, and tools to drive business growth.
• Develop and implement Business metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Operations, or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with Leading

 Business Consulting firms is preferred
