We’re now looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Advisor to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Customer Care Advisor, you’ll be the voice of My Canada Trips. Whether on the phone or via email, you’ll be helping customers with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring every experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. This role is all about personality, communication, and the confidence to support customers in any situation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls from customers with queries or requests.
• Making outbound calls before and after travel to provide support and reassurance.
• Assisting customers with flight upgrades when required.
• Handling customer complaints and issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Liaising with ground suppliers and airlines to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
• Problem-solving and using initiative to help customers in unexpected situations.
• Managing a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining excellent service.
