The Opportunity
Every marketer knows the pain: you’re asked to prove ROI with dashboards that don’t line up, spreadsheets full of holes, and numbers you don’t fully trust. So decisions get made on gut feel, last-click reports, or the loudest voice in the room. Campaigns with weak ROI keep getting funded, while brand, community, and other long-term bets get cut because they’re harder to measure. It’s frustrating - and it’s wasteful.The science to fix this already exists. For decades, researchers have used methods like incrementality testing, causal inference, and media mix modeling to understand what’s actually driving impact. The problem is, only a handful of elite teams at places like Google or Amazon have the resources to apply them. Most marketers never get access to these tools - even though they’d change everything about how budgets are allocated and defended.
That’s what Paramark is bringing to the table. We’re building the system of record for marketing: a platform that lets teams measure what’s working, forecast what’s next, and run experiments with confidence - all without needing a PhD in statistics or a team of data scientists.And it’s already working. In just over a year, 30+ enterprise companies are using Paramark as their daily source of truth. Our revenue is growing faster every quarter, and the opportunity is massive: 300k+ mid-market businesses worldwide spend $1T annually on marketing, and much of it is wasted because the science has been out of reach.
The Role
In the last year, we’ve already made some big strides in building out our GTM team. We brought on Sam, our VP of Marketing, who’s been laying the strategic foundation, and we recently hired a GTM Engineer to start building the tooling stack that makes our programs smarter and more scalable. But right now, we’re still a ultra-lean ship. That means some days we’re running podcasts and thought leadership, other days we’re juggling events, community, and campaigns; and it’s tough to keep a constant marketing engine running at full speed.That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an Marketing & Content Manager who can help us scale Paramark’s presence with the exact audience we sell to: the most innovative CMOs, VPs, and marketing leaders at fast-scaling companies. These are the people shaping how the next generation of growth will look, and you’ll be right in the middle of those conversations; not just amplifying Paramark’s voice, but building your own credibility and network as you go.Your work will center on three core pillars:
- Content: We’ve started strong with founder-led LinkedIn, the Paramark podcast, and early thought pieces on marketing science. You’ll expand that into a consistent content engine; partnering with writers and designers, and stepping in where needed to make sure ideas actually get shipped.
- Community: Our early customers and network are hungry for real conversations about what’s working (and what’s not). You’ll help us show up in the right places; from LinkedIn and Reddit to webinars and events; and turn one-off touchpoints into an engaged community that looks to Paramark as the source of truth.
- Project Management: Marketing only works if it’s coordinated. You’ll be the connective tissue across campaigns, vendors, and internal teams, making sure deadlines are met, ideas turn into polished programs, and nothing slips through the cracks.
This is a role for a true generalist; someone who might spike in one or two areas but has the drive and curiosity to figure out the rest. If you want a seat at the table marketing to marketers, working with a team that values speed, creativity, and impact over red tape, this is it.
Location: San Francisco office (340 Brannan St) – in person at least 3 days a weekTravel: Minimal; ~2–4x/year for team or customer events

Experience You Bring
Must-Have:
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, content, integrated marketing, or marketing project management
- Hands-on experience managing content across multiple channels (e.g., podcasts, blogs, webinars, events, influencers, white papers, video)
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Linear, Slack)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing freelancers, consultants, and creative vendors
- Strong organizational, creative, and collaborative skills with a performance-driven mindset
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with AI-enabled marketing or content tools (like Jasper, ChatGPT)
- Background in Consumer Acquisition Marketing or B2B Demand Generation
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels, customer acquisition, and attribution/incrementality concepts
- Experience creating content (written, video, or multimedia)
- Familiarity with SEO strategy
