What's the role? We’re seeking an experienced community and creator-focused marketing manager to join our New York brand team. In this role, you’ll own and scale creator initiatives, leading our flagship Bilt Originals creator program. Partnering closely with growth, content, and brand marketing, you'll craft messaging that builds the Bilt brand among both creator prospects and partners.
In this role, you will...
  • Lead the full lifecycle of activations for creator marketing initiatives - deal management, content pipelines, and on-time delivery aligned to broader marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with growth and content teams to leverage creators in organic and paid social marketing
  • Track program performance using tools like Sprinklr and CreatorIQ to set KPIs and develop content best practices
  • Establish and refine creator selection criteria for program participation
  • Develop strategic relationships with top performers to create impactful long-term partnerships
  • Develop comprehensive content briefs and guidelines that drive quality, on-brand creator content
  • Co-manage exclusive events and experiences designed to engage, educate and inspire our creator community
  • Facilitate meaningful connections within our creator network through both virtual and in-person touchpoints

In terms of qualifications, we're seeking...
  • 5 - 6 years of experience in creator management, preferably building and growing successful creator programs at a brand 
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content types, and performance metrics
  • Pulse on evolving content and creator trends with vision for Bilt applications
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ownership mentality with bias for action in fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative approach with proven ability to gain alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

We are considering candidates with differing levels of expertise for this position. Leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process.
Where a new hire falls within a range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Bilt rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.
The salary range for a Senior Creator Marketing Manager is $90,000 - $130,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
