Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit exceptional engineering talent across ML, front end, full stack, infrastructure, and protocol development
- Develop and execute creative, role-specific sourcing strategies to drive consistent outbound engagement with top candidates
- Lead and drive the interview process design and follow-up with hiring managers and leadership to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings
- Continuously refine our interview process and candidate experience based on data and feedback
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights on pipeline health, market trends, and hiring effectiveness
- Support our high agency, low ego culture by identifying candidates who thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably at high-growth technology companies or startups
- Deep understanding of engineering roles and proven ability to assess technical talent effectively
- Track record of successfully recruiting senior engineers, with experience in protocol, infrastructure, or ML engineering preferred
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to engage authentically with engineering candidates
- Excellent communication skills and ability to represent company culture and mission compellingly
- Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience using metrics to optimize processes
- Enthusiasm about open source technologies, decentralized systems, and the future of social media

- Network within the open source and protocol development communities
- Experience recruiting for blockchain, distributed systems, or social media technologies
- Background working with remote-first engineering teams

Additional Notes
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $109,000-$147,000, excluding equity. Equity will be considered in the total compensation package. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
