The Opportunity

As Vice President of Clinical Services, you will provide leadership and oversight for clinical operations across MRC’s senior living communities. From assisted living and memory support to skilled nursing, you will ensure that services reflect compassion, innovation, best practices, and regulatory excellence.

You will be joining an organization with a strong tradition of delivering top clinical services, with five out of six SNFs currently holding a 5-Star CMS rating.  Further evidence of our positive culture is lower-than-industry-average turnover among staff and leaders.

This highly visible role reports directly to a tenured Vice President of Culture and Experience (a nurse and Licensed Administrator), offering strong C-suite support and a collaborative leadership culture.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead Clinical Strategy – Guide clinical direction, systems, and policy to advance quality and innovation across all service lines.
• Elevate Quality Outcomes – Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support & Develop Leaders – Mentor Directors of Nursing and other campus-based clinical leaders.
• Grow & Innovate – Play a pivotal role in launching new care models, including our Small House concept. 
• Stay Connected – While based remotely and centrally within the MRC footprint, you’ll travel up to 50% to stay close to the teams and residents you serve.

What We’Re Seeking

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated success in a Director of Nursing, Head of Clinical Services, or equivalent role overseeing multi-site clinical operations.
• Proven track record of quality outcomes, compliance, and team leadership.
• Expertise in survey preparation, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with MDS, RAI processes, and nursing informatics systems.
• Passion for developing clinical teams and delivering resident-centered care.
