What You'Ll Do
In this role, you will engage with clients during implementation and beyond, supporting their Knowledge Management strategy by providing expert support that makes ADP’s integrated solutions stand out in this dynamic, growth-oriented environment. By partnering with other internal teams, you'll utilize your business consulting expertise to create exceptional onboarding experiences, assess KM needs, and produce accurate, concise, and usable content, inclusive of business processes, how to articles, troubleshooting guides, overviews, online assistance, etc.

Essential Responsibilities
- Partner closely with implementation teams and clients to assess Knowledge Management strategy, obtain information and create and validate content.
- Support client onboarding, implementation and ongoing projects by applying enterprise content strategy and principles to develop concise, consistent, high value content deliverables.
- Translate technical information into documents for nontechnical and technical users. Utilize Knowledge Management technology to create and maintain content.
- Contribute to the design and development of usable content for BU partners.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in an implementation or business consulting environment with a focus on the development of knowledge management, and or/training materials.
- Knowledge of the Human Capital Management (HCM) Domain inclusive of product use.
- Comfort with agile, swiftly changing, dynamic software development situations.
- Demonstrated ability to research, probe, analyze trends, problem solve complex issues, and recommend appropriate course of action.
- Experienced project management skills; successfully able to manage multiple assignments at once.
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong multi-team player with outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in Technical Writing or a similar major or the equivalent in experience.
- Experience with ADP platforms and/or products including Lyric HCM, Vantage HCM, Workforce Now, etc.
- Knowledge of Ixiasoft DITA, XML, component content management systems.
