What would you do? Deliver complex contracting projects within the Source-to-Contract lifecycle, balancing execution and advisory responsibilities. Key activities include: • Leading multi-phase contracting projects across procurement agreements. • Independently drafting, redlining, and negotiating legal terms, escalating only high-risk items. • Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers, ensuring alignment with sourcing managers and accurate documentation. • Acting as primary contracting contact for clients, providing trusted advice. • Mentoring peers and junior colleagues, sharing best practices and building capability. • Contributing to contracting playbook updates, templates, and governance processes. • Preparing and disseminating updates on contract status, compliance, risks, and modifications. • Partnering with Legal, COE, and Sourcing teams. • Applying AI tools to streamline redlining, clause review, and reporting. • Tailoring communications for executives, stakeholders, suppliers, and partners. • Managing multiple concurrent workstreams in dynamic, matrixed environments.
What are we looking for? • 7–9 years in procurement and/or legal/paralegal roles, with at least 5 years in contract management. • Contracting Expertise: Ability to independently draft, redline, and negotiate complex agreements, using playbooks, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance. • AI Literacy: o Apply AI tools for clause review, redlining, and summarization. o Validate AI outputs against playbooks, policies, and guidance. o Drive responsible adoption of new AI technologies for efficiency and accuracy. • Skills: Strong numeric/text-based analysis; ability to evaluate supplier terms, identify risks, and propose commercially sound solutions. • Collaboration & Engagement: Build trust with suppliers, sourcing managers, and legal teams.
