Technology Documenter

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technology Documenter to maintain system information related to ICT solutions used by Veikkaus. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public sector ICT projects within Veikkaus’ unique and people-oriented working environment. This job is a fixed-term, part-time position with approximately 15 hours of work per week. The preferred start date is in November, and the position lasts for six months.

In this role, you will work with ARC and Jira Assets software, responsible for correcting and updating missing or outdated information. You will collaborate with ICT system owners and regularly report on progress and the quality of maintained data. You will be part of a skilled and supportive Architecture & Technology team.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (3rd/4th year preferred)
• Experience in using AI for documentation and reporting
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Eagerness to learn new things
• Good Finnish and English skills, both spoken and written

The position is located at Veikkaus’ headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work flexibly in a hybrid model.
