Deputy General Manager, Electrical Engineering

Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Amneal’s oncology business objectives.

Manufacturing Oversight:Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations including production planning, quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering.

Compliance & Quality:Ensure adherence to cGMP, regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU, WHO), and internal quality standards.

Process Optimization:Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Team Management:Build and mentor high-performing teams across production, QA/QC, warehouse, and technical services.

Budget & Cost Control:Manage operational budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with R&D, regulatory affairs, HR, and corporate leadership to support product launches and strategic initiatives.

Technology & Automation:Champion digital transformation and automation in manufacturing and operational workflows.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in oncology injectables.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, sterile manufacturing, and SAP systems.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
