General Hr Operations

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for associates and managers across European countries.
• Manage daily HR activities, including onboarding/offboarding, associate records, HRIS maintenance, and payroll coordination (in partnership with Finance/payroll vendors).
• Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures across the region.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on associate relations, performance management, and development.

Compliance & Legal

• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and employment regulations across relevant European jurisdictions.
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, and policy reviews as needed.
• Stay current on changes in labor legislation and advise on potential business impacts.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure an effective hiring process and strong candidate experience.
• Support headcount planning and organizational design activities across the region.

HR Projects & Initiatives

• Contribute to global and regional HR projects, including policy harmonization, associate engagement programs, and process improvement.
• Support data analysis and reporting on key HR metrics for decision-making and planning.
