Your role will be based at the Danish Lilly office in Herlev, and you will be supporting our local neuroscience brand team who has close ties to our Nordic organization. At times, you may therefore work with Nordic projects as well. We are currently at a very exciting time in the neuroscience team, where you will be part of a launch.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the neuroscience brand manager and medical advisor in their daily work
  • Produce and develop health care professional and patient materials on Lilly medicines
  • Adjust global campaigns and materials to local requirements and legislation
  • Develop and update medical presentations for health care professionals
  • Incorporate results from clinical trials with Lilly medicines into materials for health care professionals  
  • Support brand managers in the planning of events for health care professionals (on ad-hoc basis)
  • Participate in brand team meetings (where we develop strategic plans and discuss various activities to improve knowledge of our medicines)
  • Various ad hoc support to the marketing team regarding materials

Development Opportunities:

  • Knowledge of and experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Learnings from different members of the cross functional team (Medical, Regulatory, Ethics & Compliance, Analytics, Market Access, Omnichannel marketing, Quality and Logistics).
  • Participation in a Nordic student program
  • Dedicated time for career and development planning as part of the annual performance review cycle
  • Participation in internal and external trainings within AI, compliance, marketing, and the industry as a whole

Requirements:

We are looking for a student with a scientific background with a business mindset OR a student with a commercial background with a scientific interest - who is excited to learn about the perspectives and science of pharmaceutical products and will thrive in a flexible, collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

  • Education: Final year of bachelor or first year of master within health science, i.e., Pharmacy, Business Administration and Bioentrepreneurship, Biology, Molecular Biomedicine, Medicine, etc.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Danish and English, other Nordic languages is a plus
  • Software skills: Microsoft Office, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint. General flair for technology and knowledge of graphical software to develop materials is a plus
  • Other attributes:
  • Structured, flexible, and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A quick learner that is capable of working independently, take initiative and take responsibility
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and precise in execution
  • Good and active communicator both in writing and in person
  • Comfortable with sharing ideas and actively participating in brand discussions

Practicalities:

  • Location: Eli Lilly Denmark, Lyskær 3E, 2. Tv, 2730 Herlev
  • Ability to work in the office at least one day a week, the remaining time can be remote
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly payment (10-15 hours/week) as well as pension
