Job Description
- Deliver descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analytics through compelling business storytelling to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and implement dynamic dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Perform advanced customer segmentation using behavioral patterns, geolocation data, digital footprints, and product/channel affinities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Customer Value Management (CVM) campaigns by analyzing uptake, incremental revenue, and control group comparisons.
- Collaborate with product managers to uncover and prioritize CVM opportunities through deep data analysis and insights.
- Analyze engagement patterns across loyalty and premium customer segments to enhance retention and increase value.
- Monitor and report on key digital metrics such as Monthly Active Users (MAU), Daily Active Users (DAU), and overall usage to identify growth opportunities for digital products.
- Enable marketing and sales teams with intelligent reporting tools to continuously assess and optimize offer and product performance.
- Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models to predict customer behavior, personalize experiences, improve retention, boost ARPU, and implement Next Best Offer (NBO) strategies.
Academic Qualification
- Graduation in Computer Science/Applied Statistics/Business/Relevant Field
Job Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience including 2 years in a relevant field
Required Capabilities
- Strong knowledge in RDBMS technologies, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge in Reporting & Business Analysis
- Strong knowledge on Telecom industry value chain, insight, and dynamics
- Business Communication and presentation skill
- Demonstrate strong analytical and storytelling skills and the ability to find relevant stories by connecting dots
- Demonstrated knowledge of analytical/statistical techniques and their applications
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Micro Strategy, Tableau, Power BI etc.)
- Working knowledge of/experience in R/ Python and SQL
- Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
- Hands-on experience in developing AI/ML models
