Data Scientist for our Data Analytics team within the Drug Substance Support Department

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in the Drug Substance Support Department in Hillerød.

About the role
In the data analytics team we support a variety of cross functional tasks with the common denominator of working proactively and data driven to translate our manufacturing and supporting processes pain points into visualizations that will help to give an overview, track operational activities, and drive things in the right direction.

Your tasks and responsibilities (not limited to)

• Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau.
• Optimize data flow from manufacturing systems to create advanced views.
• Responsible for setting up data for cross-functional teams’ meetings.
• Develop and manage models to identify trends and to measure KPIs.
• Utilize tools as Smartsheet, Alteryx and Tableau for data processing and visualization.

Qualificationsprofessionally

• A Bachelors/Masters Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Operations Management or similar field (not a requirement, but an advantage).
• Preferably 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a cGMP or similar regulated environment.
• Familiar with working with tools as Smartsheet, Tableau and Alteryx.

About the Department and the Team
The Drug Substance Support Department is divided into multiple smaller sub-teams, with each of their own key competence area, but all working close together. Daily support activities can cover from updating procedures and batch documentation, handling deviation investigations, project management and daily housekeeping.

The Data Analytics team is a small newly established sub team within the Support Department. The Data Analytics Team transforms raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions and optimize business operations. We develop models to forecast trends, behaviors, and outcomes to support strategic planning.  You will be part of a team with a great sense of humor and a high willingness to support where needed.

We continuously strive to identify opportunities to improve internal systems and practices, as well as provide direction and development of digital/data offerings to our partners.
