HSE Officer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• You implement legal and internal requirements related to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection, and ensure compliance
• You handle environmental topics such as BImSch (Federal Immission Control Act), AWSV (Ordinance on Facilities for Handling Substances Hazardous to Water), waste management, and official permits
• You provide practical and comprehensible support in preparing safety and work instructions as well as risk assessments
• You assist in implementing Freudenberg standards, such as LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), contractor management, chemical management, and machine safety
• You introduce and maintain processes for HSE key figures
• You actively contribute to incident and accident analyses, derive appropriate measures, and follow up on their implementation

Qualifications:

• Ideally, you hold a degree in occupational safety or environmental protection
• You have completed training as a Health and Safety Specialist (FASI) or Safety Engineer (SiFa)
• You have professional experience in the fields of health protection, occupational safety, and environmental protection
• You demonstrate strong technical expertise, a structured and solution-oriented working style
• You communicate clearly, present yourself confidently, and enjoy working in a team
• You have good knowledge of MS Office
• You are fluent in German, both written and spoken
• You have a good command of English
