Responsibilities:

Based at the headquarters in Valence, you report to the Head of the Internal Sales Department. As an Indoor Sales Engineer, you play a key role in customer satisfaction and business growth. Working closely with the Field Sales Engineers, you will:

  • Analyze the technical and operational needs of our industrial clients in order to offer them tailored solutions
  • Draft relevant commercial offers and ensure their follow-up through to completion
  • Handle order entry and monitoring in our ERP system (SAP), ensuring service quality and smooth operations
  • Contribute to the implementation of the commercial strategy through targeted actions
  • Promote new products, the breadth of our product range for additional sales (cross-selling), as well as key products
  • Provide commercial and technical support in coordination with the Field Sales Engineer, particularly in interactions with the Munich headquarters (KLM)
  • Actively contribute to commercial success by achieving set objectives thanks to your commitment, customer focus, and initiative

Qualifications:

  • You have proven experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations within a B2B industrial environment.
  • You are recognized for your customer service mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • You have a strong interest in technical subjects (mechanics, industrial maintenance) or a background in this field. Please note that an internal technical and commercial training program will be provided.
  • You are comfortable communicating in English with the group, and ideally, you are proficient in SAP or another ERP system.
