The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing.

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across plants to assist with recruitment functions.
• Assist in identifying and reviewing CVs for open roles within the division.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and assist with recruitment campaigns.
• Support initiatives aimed at boosting internal applicant engagement through targeted programs.
• Help in managing recruitment processes, preparing dashboards, and maintaining accurate databases and records.
• Provide administrative assistance for recruitment events, including job fairs and open house sessions.

Knowledge And Skills

• Full/ Part professional qualification or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of recruitment databases is a plus.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel across all geographical areas.
