The Business Assurance team is looking for a Business Development Specialist for Italy & Adriatics market, whose mission will be to support the growth of our revenue line for new services within Italy & Adriatics units.  
This role is crucial for developing business and supporting sales activities for clients, for achieving sales targets, generating real business growth for the unit. S/he will have the responsibility to scout the market in search for new potential service opportunities, that will be developed by our technical experts. 

The main areas of responsibility are:

  • Analyse different markets to understand trends, general outlook, development opportunities, potential customers, and competitors' strategies.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients
  • Support the development of business related to newly identified services, and assist in achieving the sales targets accordingly, through defined plans and actions
  • Contribute to the establishment of trusted relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Participate in customer visits, and present sales and marketing topics at internal meetings. Be a trusted partner for sales colleagues related to new services and new sectors.
  • In collaboration with the Marketing & Communication Department, assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay constantly updated on market trends.

  • Degree in relevant disciplines such as Economics, Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration or similar.
  • Experience (at least 2-3 years) in business development or sales roles in the TIC sector or similar.
  • Familiarity with certification services and accreditation schemes 
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and, in general, a goal-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and to take decisions.
  • Fluency in English - both spoken and written
  • Availability to travel mainly domestically to meet customers and take part in meetings, conferences, and other events.
