About The Clinic
Outpatient orthopedic setting serving a diverse caseload (post-op, spine, sports, return-to-work/return-to-play). Our Decatur team delivers evidence-based care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance/fall prevention, and sports medicine services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality PTA care under PT plan of care across ortho and sports populations.
- Progress therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, neuromuscular re-ed, and functional training.
- Leverage ALT to streamline documentation and maintain same-day note completion.
- Educate patients/caregivers; collaborate with PTs and front office to optimize outcomes and access.
- Support program growth (outcomes tracking, community/physician relationships, patient experience).
- Texas PTA license (or exam-eligible with timeline).
- Outpatient ortho experience from rotations or prior roles preferred (new grads encouraged).
- Comfortable adopting new tech (ALT) and working in a fast-paced, team-first clinic.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, organization, and patient-education skills.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay + monthly incentives via our Progressive Incentive Program. Final offer commensurate with experience, skill set, and schedule.
