As a Recruitment Business Partner at Next, you'll do more than just fill job openings. You'll work closely with different departments to truly get what they need, offering your expertise and creative solutions for every step of the hiring process.

The Product recruitment team recruits for roles within buying, design, merchandising and fabric and garment technology. ‘Product’ covers all of the teams within Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear, Home, Home Brands, Brands, Product Operations and International, as well as our sourcing division, Next Sourcing.

What You’ll Do
Be a Marketeer: Get ready to flex your creative muscles! You'll be a key player in building and promoting our brand on social media, coming up with ideas and creative content that is always relevant to the candidates you are wanting to attract.
Be a Sourcing Expert: This isn't a one size fits all role. You'll use your experience to adapt your sourcing strategies for each specific vacancy, from targeted headhunting to thinking completely outside the box.

Lead the Way: We'll count on you to be a trusted expert. You'll partner directly with our hiring managers, using your knowledge to create effective hiring strategies and challenge our thinking to make sure we're always attracting the very best.
Manage the Full Cycle: You'll own the entire recruitment process, from writing compelling job adverts that stand out to shortlisting amazing candidates and getting them through the offer stage.

Innovate and Improve: We want you to challenge the status quo. You'll use your market knowledge to review and improve everything we do, from how we attract candidates to how we welcome them on board.

Team Player: You'll lead by example, offering support when needed, always having a collaborative approach.

Something to mention, our teams work with garments, samples and products regularly in a collaborative creative process therefore work at Head Office frequently. We are really keen for the Recruitment Business Partner to have a presence at our head office site in Enderby (Leicestershire) for at least 4 days a week. You will also need to be happy to travel to our offices in Market Harborough and London on a regular basis.


About You:
You're a proactive and passionate recruiter with a flair for finding exceptional talent. 
You have a background in agency or in-house recruitment, ideally within the fast-paced fashion industry. A true LinkedIn Recruiter Pro, you know how to craft a compelling message and attract the very best candidates. As a confident communicator and influencer, you're comfortable presenting to hiring managers and candidates at all levels, and you thrive on building strong relationships. You're also a creative thinker with a marketeer's mindset, constantly looking for new ways to engage and showcase our brand through social recruiting content, whether that's through video, photos, or presentations- being personally featured as well as influencing others to get involved. Above all, you're tenacious, agile, and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.
