Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Pali - Vinayak Plaza - J-Grades

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and acquire new customers for secured business loans through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and maintain relationships with SME/MSME clients, professionals (CAs, lawyers), and other influencers.

2. Team Management

Lead, train, and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Executives.

Monitor performance and productivity of the team and ensure target achievement.

Conduct regular sales reviews, joint field calls, and performance appraisals.

3. Market Analysis & Strategy

Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and new market opportunities.

Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and penetrate untapped segments.

4. Credit & Risk Coordination

Work closely with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance.

Support in risk assessment by providing accurate information and feedback to the credit team.

5. Relationship Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely servicing, issue resolution, and relationship building.

Cross-sell other financial products where appropriate.

Key Requirements Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).

Experience:

4–8 years of experience in selling secured loans (Loan Against Property, Business Loans, Mortgage).

Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of SME lending and secured loan products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and team management ability.

High level of integrity and work ethic.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
