Identify, target, and develop strong relationships with B2B clients across industries (enterprise, FSI, manufacturing, etc.) to drive sales of IT solutions, connectivity services, and managed services.
Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to propose tailored technology solutions, including data center services, cloud, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure and post-sales handover.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer success.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years proven track record in B2B sales within the IT, or Telco industry.
Hunter mentality
Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions such as cloud services, connectivity, cybersecurity, and data center offerings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
