Facilitating Pi Planning

• As the Scrum Master, your mission is to guide the team through this planning phase by defining prioritized features, user stories, acceptance criteria, risks and dependencies. You will also coach teams to deliver quality products while harmonizing capacity and requirements.
• Imagine crafting SMART PI objectives, ensuring everyone's committed to achievable goals, and working closely with the business owners to assign value to the team's plan.

Supporting Iteration Execution

• You'll be supporting the Agile team's activities, playing a vital role in synchronizing team planning, refining backlogs, and supporting reviews to ensure they're in harmony with the Agile Release Train's (ART) roadmap. 
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to sculpt sleek backlog items and maintain the ART's allocation of capabilities. It's all about masterminding logical planning, continuous refinement, and creating a symphony with stakeholders.
• Remove impediments and create an enabling environment where teams are protected from undue influence and politics so they can fully focus to deliver on their commitments with quality.

Improving Flow

• Picture yourself constructing an effective team board, tailored to their unique needs and work, creating transparency across the ART.
• Become the guru of measures, tracking and enhancing efficiency, be it through enhancing quality, supporting teams, and optimizing procedures. 
• Your role is to mentor and guide the team to achieve these feats—like an Agile sherpa guiding a team up the efficiency mountain.

Building High-Performing Teams

• Your quest involves nurturing high-performing Agile teams by fostering self-management, teamwork, goal clarity, and superb team communication. 
• Your superhero duties include mentoring, resolving conflicts, and fueling the engine of relentless improvement. 
• As a Scrum Master/Team Coach, be the Jedi of SAFe® execution across the organization. Lead by example, applying and modeling Lean-Agile behavior.

Scrum Master/Team Coach Responsibilities

• over 3 years of experience, dedicated to cultivating high-performing teams and delivering exceptional solutions.
• Beyond mastery in Scrum, your domain extends to guiding teams through methodologies like SAFe®, Kanban, Flow, and the critical aspects of Built-in Quality. Your role is not just to introduce these methodologies but to ensure their seamless integration into daily work routine.
• As the team coach, your mission is to instill the core values and principles that navigate businesses toward positive results. Your openness to feedback and emphasis on transparency shapes an environment that nurtures open dialogue and continuous growth.
• Picture yourself as the mediator, the problem-solving expert, and the guiding hand in decision-making. Supporting the team through interpersonal conflicts and facilitating decisions is a pivotal aspect of your role.
• Your specialized skills serve as the cornerstone, guiding the team through the adoption of SAFe® Scrum. No detail is overlooked, ensuring the team is proficient not only in planning, executing, and reviewing but excels in each phase.

Preferred Certifications:

• SAFe® certification from Scaled Agile Inc. (SSM, SASM) 
• Scrum Alliance certification (CSM, A-CSM)
