The IT Corporate Systems team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Senior Application Developer/Integration Analyst - HRIS at their Lafayette Hill, PA office.

About the Role:
The Senior Application Developer / Integration Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining data connections between Dayforce and other systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and other technical professionals to ensure successful transformation of raw HR data into meaningful reports and visualizations.
In this role, you will:
• Design, build, test, and support data connections between Dayforce and other systems, using tools like Dayforce Integration Studio and APIs and following methods prescribed by the Dayforce Developer Network online portal.
• Define, document, and design integration specifications, including data mapping and transformation logic.
• Develop and maintain integration processes using tools like Dayforce Integration Studio and APIs (RESTful, OData, SOAP).
• Analyze source data, perform data mapping and transformation, and manage data anomalies for HR, payroll, and benefits data.
• Support data migration and historical data loads during system transitions.
• Maintain and enhance reporting processes and analytics visualizations, primarily using Power BI.
• Work with project managers and business stakeholders to define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
• Build and maintain system components including templates, workflows, style sheets, interfaces, data extracts/imports, and dashboards.
• Lead technical efforts for specific projects or modules and serve as a subject matter expert in multiple application areas.
• Support and monitor integrations with key platforms like Dayforce HCM, Data Warehouse, and Learning Management Systems.
• Maintain and enhance reporting processes such as year-end profit-sharing data compilations and vendor reporting.
• Participate in day-to-day operational support activities including analytics, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Ensure applications meet compliance and control requirements and complete required training programs.
• Document technical specifications, solutions, and procedures for internal reference and support continuity.
• Engage in the following current & ongoing support responsibilities:
◦ Respond to ad-hoc reporting and integration requests from business stakeholders.
◦ Monitor and support custom export integrations with payroll and benefits vendors supporting health, life, 401k, and wellness programs.
◦ Support year-end open enrollment processes, including manual vendor file processing.
◦ Maintain and update annual profit-sharing reports.
◦ Support and improve operational dashboards; assist with evolving requirements.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
About You:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in application development, integration, and support. HR Applications experience with a strong preference for Dayforce HCM.

• Have experience with relational databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
• Possess a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Be familiar with Application Programming Interfaces (RESTful, OData, SOAP) for web service-based integrations.
• Have experience using SQL queries for analyzing and manipulating data.
• Have experience with SFTP and flat file methods for transferring data between systems.
• Be familiar with programming languages such as .Net or Java.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Be skilled in debugging and optimizing applications and integrations.
• Be familiar with internet, network, and systems architecture.
• Be quick to learn new tools and programming languages.
• Have experience supporting enterprise integrations in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance systems.
• Possess strong multitasking and project management capabilities.
• Be highly customer-focused with a proactive service orientation.
