iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About The Job
As Planet Care Project Coordinator VIE within our Health, Safety and Environment team, you will provide support to our Waterford site for local projects, which could include activities related to promoting awareness, environmental communication, engineering, and more. Ready to get started?

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and coordinate the Planet Care engagement program.
- Oversee the execution of awarded projects, including budget management.
- Manage an internal network dedicated to our employees.
- Create digital communication and promotional materials.
- Support the Climate Fresk worldwide roll-out in collaboration with People and -Culture team.
- Provide support to our Waterford site for local projects, which could include activities related to promoting awareness, environmental communication, engineering, and more, depending on the candidate's profile.
- Depending on the candidate, there may be additional tasks related to communication or project management in environmental protection or conservation such as water, biodiversity.
About You
Experience:
- Basic knowledge in environmental matters and previous project management experience, including budget management.
Soft And Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a bonus.
- Strong passion for environmental topics.
- Ability to analyse and present information.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on their own.
- Ability to influence stakeholders.
- Adaptability.
Education:
- Master’s degree in science, communications, or an engineer’s degree.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of French would be advantageous.
