• The role will work closely with HK commercial team, HK RA, PA, Medical affairs, and China team, to evaluate new portfolio business case and formulate effective launch strategy for the assigned launch product, to plan, manage & monitor brand programs so as to achieve the committed objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the new Vx product launch readiness of HK
• Develops high quality, high impact business case proposal and launch brand plan based on market dynamic, target audience insights and competitive advantages. 
• Work closely with MTK lead and Sales manager to ensure the timely and effective implementation of all tactical programs
• Navigate, analyse, and interpret environmental dynamic, customer, and parent insight; in order to map out those will create impact to innovative proposal  
• Map stakeholders, define key messages and values proposition for them. Develop and roll out engagement plan to build relationship to shape vaccine accessibility.
• Generate HK stakeholders’ advocacy in supporting mutual exchange, vaccines accessibility in HK.
• Act as a partner of China “Direct to Consumer” team, to leverage cross markets resources to maximize product and disease noise.
• Define measurable project deliverability, timeline and KPIs, evaluate progress of the projects and key milestones.

About You

• Clear understanding of the implications of HK health care policy 
• Ability to analyze information, assess trend, potential and develop appropriate action plans based on these insights.
• Engaging personality, able to develop sustainable relationships with relevant institutional stakeholders.
• Self-starter/motivated with good strategic thinking
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, contributing ideas and positive energy to the group.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and excellent ability to drive deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English communication skill.
