As an Early Careers Talent Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top early career talent at Sanofi. You will be responsible for implementing and managing our early career programs ensuring alignment with global talent strategies while tailoring initiatives to resonate with local talent pools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of global early career programs, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's global talent management strategies and business objectives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of all aspects of early career programs, including onboarding, training, development initiatives, performance management, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
- Lead the development of market-specific customizations of early career talent management materials as directed by the COE, ensuring relevance to local talent pools and alignment with global standards and regulations.
- Act as a liaison for outreach (if/when needed) with industry organisations and attending careers fairs as appropriate to promote opportunities.
- Act as a point of escalation for program-related challenges, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions to enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and the overall participant experience.
- Advice and counsel hiring managers and stakeholders regarding early career program policies, processes, and best practices, ensuring consistent application and compliance.
About You
You are a highly motivated and experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing global sourcing strategies.
You are passionate about identifying and attracting top talent and are driven by a desire to continuously innovate and improve sourcing processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
- Have experience with minimum 12+ yrs in leading early talent to implement and manage early careers.
- Experience working with large organizations, building relationships with global stakeholders, and driving large projects.
Soft and technical skills
- Strong program management and organizational skills
- Understanding of early career talent development best practices and trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
