Job Title: Senior Manager, Portfolio Marketing

Location: Cambridge, MA (onsite 3x a week)

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Portfolio Marketing that will develop and lead marketing projects and operations important to the success of the Sanofi Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) team. The Senior Manager, Portfolio Marketing role reports directly to the Head of Portfolio Marketing, Rare Blood Disorders.  This role will be responsible for supporting a cohesive strategy across the Portfolio Marketing Team by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Excellence

  • RBD Elevated Mid-Level Congress Lead, coordination and execution of identified Elevated Mid-Level Congresses
  • Collaboration lead with GTMC for Promotional Review Board Services as needed
  • Lead for Culture building initiatives including: RBD Year One Program; RBD Skip Level Meetings; Team Jam; and Candid Conversations with Senior Leadership
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring project milestones are met within established timelines.
  • Lead cross functional projects that will impact internal stakeholders within the Rare Blood Disorders team encompassing
  • Develop new content and maintain existing material for the Rare Blood Disorders employee onboarding program.

Strategic Leadership

  • Creation and implement RBD Quarterly Virtual Meetings in collaboration with Head of Portfolio Marketing and General Manager
  • Ensure all project milestones are met within established timelines
  • Internal RBD LT stakeholder management for RBD meetings
  • Contributor towards Portfolio Marketing Plan

Marketing Excellence

  • Coordination of RBD POA activities in collaboration with Head of Portfolio Marketing
  • Implementation of efficiencies to support RBD with core processes (PRB services, employee engagement)
  • Facilitate Head of Portfolio Marketing with special projects as identified
  • Manage agency partners and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives.
  • Ensure that all marketing processes, documents, and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Sanofi corporate compliance guidelines.

About You

  • Minimum Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing and/or sales at a pharmaceutical or biotech company, and/or experience in an advertising/marketing firm serving biotech companies
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience in developing innovative marketing, educational, and communication platforms.
  • Experience managing creative agencies and/or other third-party vendors
  • Insight into working in or overseeing a promotional review board.
  • Experience in managing external partners and customers to assist in the development of strategy and tactics.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several large complex projects simultaneously.
  • Desire to learn and develop in role
  • Experience with Veeva 4M PromoMats and Microsoft TEAMS preferred.

The salary range for this position is:

$122,250.00 - $176,583.33
