Roles & responsibilities 
Design, develop, and maintain VBA-based automation tools for tax and finance operations. Build and optimize Alteryx workflows for data transformation, blending, and reporting. Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics and insights. Work with large datasets from Excel, flat files, and SQL databases. Perform data modeling, cleansing, and preparation for reporting and analytics. Analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and propose innovative solutions. Participate in design reviews, proof-of-concepts, and cross-functional brainstorming sessions. Stay updated on Gen AI trends and explore opportunities to integrate AI into existing workflows. Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. Provide end-user support and training on developed tools and dashboards.

• Educational qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. Familiarity and hands on experience with Excel VBA, Alteryx PowerBI and GenAI

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in VBA development for Excel automation. Experience with Alteryx for ETL, data blending, and analytics. Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization. Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with Python (especially Pandas, NumPy) is a plus. Exposure to Gen AI tools or concepts is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and SDLC processes.

SQL and data modeling with quality/lineage: Author performant queries, reconcile against sources, and document data dictionaries/lineage; embed systematic data quality checks. Understanding of enterprise data architecture and vendor data integrations is a plus. GenAI enablement and trusted AI awareness: Support integration of Generative AI into governed workflows, curate/evaluate datasets, and adhere to security and responsible AI guidelines. Familiarity with agentic workflow approaches including use of MCP servers and multi-agent integration is a plus.

Stakeholder engagement, UAT, and enablement: Translate requirements into build plans, prepare demos/UAT scripts, and deliver documentation and training for adoption. Clear and effective communication with upward reporting into Innovation leadership is essential.
