The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA systems. They will work closely with other developers and stakeholders to create automated solutions that improve business processes and efficiency.

  • Design and develop RPA solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to create scalable and efficient process automation
  • Participate in the process discovery phase to understand the executable application model design
  • Ensure the quality of the RPA system by conducting thorough testing and debugging
  • Provide ongoing support for deployed RPA applications
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project status, development schedule, and priorities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA CoE's methodologies and tools
  • Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of RPA technologies and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience with RPA tools and platforms primarily with Automation Anywhere
  • Prior experience in business process analysis and process automation
  • Certified with Automation Anywhere A360 platform – Masters/Professional
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java
  • Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
  • Familiarity with Power Platform and GenAI concepts is a plus
