Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for Month close processes – Review of Journal entry preparation, general ledger account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, cash & bank accounting, financial reporting etc.
• Responsible for guiding the team on matters related to policy and procedures.  
• Prepare audit schedule and coordination with the auditors, as required. 
• Drive business metric improvement in Record to report area
• Responsible for delivering on SLA/KPIs
• Responsible for driving productivity & process transformation & efficiencies by generating & executing ideas. 
• Individual would manage a team size of 10-15 people and be responsible for effective performance management of the team

Qualification & Experience

• B. Com, M. Com, Inter CA (Any finance qualification
• Minimum 7-9 years of relevant experience
• Subject matter expert with strong understanding of month close accounting
• Expert knowledge of SAP and other tools like Blackline etc.
• Must have good hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel/PPT/Power BI 
• Requires a proactive approach and verbal / written communication.
• Should have strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder, and peers effectively. 
• Ability to communicate and document problems, resolutions, and action plans
• Metric driven mind set
