Here’s how you’ll contribute 

  • Analysis of potential AGI filings using financial modelling that incorporates major repair forecasts.
  • Preparing packages for AGI submission that include organizing reports, pulling required information from the system (Purchase Orders, Invoice Copies, Bank Statements, etc.) and preparing the submission document. 
  • Assisting with the preparation of AGI hearings, coordinating information with site teams and external consultants.
  • Job and contract creation in Yardi as requested by Project Managers through approval forms. 
  • Maintaining accurate data in Yardi by performing routine maintenance as required. Tasks include but are not limited to closing jobs, reviewing aging contracts, triggering workflows and site contact information. 
  • Managing the centralized administration mailbox to offer support to Project Manager’s for questions and requests. 
  • Assisting with reviewing monthly financial forecasts and performing variance analysis
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

Education: Post-Secondary Education, either a College Diploma or a University Degree, in a related field. Relevant experience will also be considered.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel preferred
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and flexible nature and has a customer-service focus.
  • Effective communication (listening, verbal and written) and problem solving skills.
  • Effectively manages time, multi-tasks, and balances priorities.
  • Promotes an environment of open communication, cooperation, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Seeks to understand and appreciate the internal and external customer’s perspective.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in Yardi or other ERP is an asset
