We’re looking for a relationship-driven, entrepreneurial leader to own and scale our partnerships with compliance consultants, complementary solutions, and other industry points of influence. These partners are key to our go-to-market strategy: they’re embedded throughout the industry and have earned the trust of the firms we want to work with.
You’ll be responsible for identifying the right partners, forging high-leverage referral + provider relationships, and building scalable systems to manage and grow these partnerships over time.
You will work directly with the founding team to design and build the future of the financial system. We pride ourselves on having a culture that rewards impact and success generously. We’re focused first and foremost on empowering each other to do our best work, today and into the future. You'll be on a team that works incredibly hard and seeks other exceptional people excited to do the same.
Responsibilities

- Work with our existing sales team to ramp up on our CRM and existing sales methodology
- Get up to speed on existing partner relationships and the KPIs to maximize

- Create action plan to supercharge partnerships over the coming weeks + complete the first piece
First Month:
- Drive $1m in pipeline from partners
- Organize + schedule 2 partner events
- Put the pieces in place to drive $3m in pipeline from partners the following month
- Operationalize the partnerships motion: create scalable processes behind you as you figure out the approach
- Align goals for the next 3 months to scale the partner strategy + continue implementing the action plan to bring this to fruition
- Track your metrics along with the rest of the team, and contribute to strategy sessions to improve sales velocity and efficiency
First 3 Months & Beyond:
- Closed and activated 30 new partners
- Organized and launched 6 events with our channel partners
- Driving $5m+ ARR in pipeline each month from referrals/partnerships
- Clear path forward to scaling the partnerships motion to $10m+ ARR in pipeline each month
About You
- Exceptionally skilled: You are a highly competent person with a bias for urgent action.
- Coachable: Open to learning the Hadrius way and raising the bar while you’re at it.
- Grit: You’re consistently the hardest working person on your team.
- All-in: This is not a 9-5. We have a massive opportunity ahead of us and are looking to multiply our sales speed. We are optimizing for the best folks and happy to compensate generously.
- Passion for our mission: Genuinely excited about our tech and our mission to end financial crises.
- Team-first mentality: You are interested in building for the long-term alongside founding team members, and committed to mentoring others and being mentored.
