Perform sales activities for the company's products or services. Contacting customers to take notes and Taking orders and keeping track of their needs. Demonstrate products to potential clients. old customers about new launches. Advising customers on decision-making by explaining the characteristics of different product models. Identifying possible customer needs for products and/or services. Achieve order intake targets and represent the Voice of the Customer (VOC) within the organization. Map the decision-making structure and business opportunities in the accounts under your responsibility. Responsabilidades:

Atuará no projeto de desenvolvimento sólido em vendas de peças para mercado de reposição do segmento agrícola, realizando:

  • Gestão e desenvolvimento de canais de venda (metas de distribuidores, treinamentos, visitas a clientes estratégicos);
  • Coordenar o plano interno da empresa AIP (aumento das vendas de peças no mercado de reposição);
  • Mapear mercado foco, potencial, necessidades de produtos e desenvolvimentos para ganho de share;
  • Coordenar plano de negócio e reestruturação do "go to mkt" para o mercado de reposição - vendas via distribuidor, vendas via DSH dealers OEM, vendas para end user estratégicos focado em ganho de share e parcerias de longo prazo focado em crescimento sólido na linha agrícola;
  • Implementar venda de "one more product" para peças de reposição na linha agrícola das diversas marcas do grupo RRX.

Requisitos:

  • 8 anos ou mais de experiência em atuação comercial - preferência no segmento agrícola em vendas de máquinas ou peças;
  • Experiência em mercado de venda e distribuição de peças focadas no mercado de reposição;
  • Inglês Avançado;
  • Ensino Superior em Engenharias;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e possuir CNH B;
  • Conhecimento Intermediário em Pacote Office e Power BI;
  • Conhecimento em CRM - preferencialmente Sales Force.
