Job Title: Value Management Analyst

Reports To: IT Value Senior Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to join our Value Management Office (VMO). This role is pivotal in driving transparency, accountability, and value realization across our technology investments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preferred or exposure to Technology Business Management (TBM), strong data analysis skills, strong experience in data mining and report creation along with strong PowerBI skills to support various business functions and a understanding of Agile delivery and product-centric operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Business Management (TBM):Apply TBM principles to align technology spend with business value. Support cost transparency, benchmarking, and value realization initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:Extract, transform, and analyze data from various systems (e.g., Apptio, ServiceNow, Jira, financial systems) to generate actionable insights.
• KPI Development & Tracking:Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure value delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
• Product Model Enablement:Support the transition to a product-centric model by mapping investments to products, capabilities, and outcomes.
• Agile & Value Delivery:Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure alignment between delivery and value realization. Participate in PI planning, retrospectives, and value stream mapping.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Partner with Finance, PMO, Product Owners, and Service Excellence teams to ensure consistent value tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Technology Business Management, IT Finance, or related roles Preferred
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience pulling and integrating data from enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Planview and other systems)
• Familiarity with TBM frameworks and tools (e.g., Apptio, MagicOrange etc ).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and product operating models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Business Management, or a related field.
• TBM certification or training preferred
• Certification in MS Tools such as PowerBI preferred
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally).
• Exposure to cloud cost management and FinOps practices.
