Manage at a geographical and/or customer segment level the entire Sales function.
May be directly responsible for critical key accounts.

>8 years relevant experience - responsible for managing operations of a sales outpost branch. Oversees sales and the provision of services to local clients. Develops and maintains relationships with both new and existing customers. Is responsible for internal operations of the branch, eg. Human Resources, Finance, information technology. May upsell additional services, parts, and equipment as needed.

The responsibility of area sales manager is to develop market share in Gutor UPS core business like Oil & Gas, Power generation, and develop new business in targeted segment like Transportation, Utility, Renewables in his geographical area.

The ASM is responsible for deploying Gutor global strategy in their respective area, developing and executing action plans with structured and planned sales activities toward sustainable and profitable orders intake based on the established and new business models and go-to-market approaches.

The ASM is responsible for assessing existing market potential and defining new opportunities and markets for growing Gutor business.

The ASM is to secure Gutor succeeding as the Team based on whole customer experience from marketing and sales activity through tendering, project execution and after- sales service and customer support.
