We’re recruiting a Sales Agent to join our team, based at our Castledermot Operation Centre. If you live within a commutable distance of R14YK37, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Copart Sales Agent you will deal efficiently and effectively with all lead sources provided through the Copart Direct websites and those from external sources, ensuring a consistent and thorough approach. Call performance and conversion targets will be achieved whilst maintaining the set SLA turnaround on handling leads. You will also be responsible for converting leads and negotiating an agreed price in line with our pricing parameters to purchase vehicles from members of the public with the purpose of remarketing through the Copart auction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Ensure service levels and key performance indicators are achieved or exceeded
• Achieve lead conversion targets
• Source additional vehicles to purchase from alternative leads
• Successfully negotiate vehicle pricing with customers in accordance with set procedures
• Maintain accurate communication records in Third Party systems
• Passing accurate lead details to Cash for Cars, for assignment
• Deliver relevant paperwork to internal colleagues and Drivers
• Liaise closely with operational and internal colleagues regarding vehicle purchase
• Escalate customer issues through the correct channels
• To achieve all business and personal objectives set and agreed with Line Manager
• Such other duties as requested by your line manager
Essentials
• Target driven
• Excellent customer service focus, attitude, and skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Computer/PC literate, including the Internet.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• An effective multi-tasker.
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to identify and manage new business opportunities
• Ability to work on own initiative
Desirables
• Experience within a customer service environment
• Previous sales/telesales experience
• Experience of dealing with cash and associated banking procedures.
