Role Summary:
CES is seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Manager to accelerate growth across Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Enterprises (60% ISV focus, 40% Enterprise). This is a senior role that blends hands-on business development with the ability to shape CES’s long-term go-to-market positioning.
We’re looking for a smart, confident professional who thrives on building pipeline, leading client conversations, and closing deals. The ideal candidate brings a strong sales DNA, is comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, and knows how to adapt to diverse situations to win trust and influence decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end to end demand generation and business development initiatives.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based strategies.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, positioning CES’s offerings, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities.
• Represent CES in first-level prospect meetings, effectively communicating our value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution of client engagements.
• Develop repeatable demand generation practices that can scale across CES.
• Contribute to CES’s short-term and long-term growth by refining demand generation strategies and approaches.
Ideal Candidate:
• 8–12 years of experience in B2B demand generation or sales, ideally within technology services, SaaS, or ISV ecosystems.
• Proven success in closing mid-to-large sized deals as an individual contributor.
• Strong presence and communication skills, able to read the room, adapt messaging, and influence stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership on targets and outcomes.
• Self-starter with a hunter mindset; thrives in dynamic, outcome-driven environments.
• Collaborative, with the ability to work across sales, delivery, and leadership teams.
• Ability to lead and empower demand generation teams to consistently produce positive outcomes.
• Growth potential to take on leadership responsibilities in the future.
