Job BriefTRU is looking for a Business Development Supervisor to join our team. The role is responsible for acquiring new merchants and partners, following up on existing portfolios, and managing digital payment services to ensure growth and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new partners across targeted sectors to expand the company’s network.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners in the portfolio.
  • Ensure timely follow-up to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Support in onboarding and activating digital payment solutions.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, transactions, and portfolio performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on acquisition results, portfolio health, and digital payment usage.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and support service delivery.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Merchant/Partner Acquisition, or Digital Payments.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, fintech, or payment solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales/acquisition targets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
