We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen StickEarn’s relationships with agencies and ensure we are the first choice for campaign briefs. This role combines leadership, consultative selling, and strategic partnership building — guiding the team to turn agency needs into innovative campaigns while driving revenue growth.
🌟 What You’ll Do
  • Agency Partnership Development: Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with agency decision-makers, creating opportunities for the sales team to present impactful solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: While the sales team manages day-to-day selling, actively step in to support or lead key pitches and negotiations when needed.
  • Brief Management: Oversee agency briefs, ensuring the team understands brand challenges and translates them into creative, insight-led proposals.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (strategic planners, creative, campaign management) to brainstorm and deliver tailored campaign solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and support the sales team, fostering a consultative, problem-solving, and relationship-driven selling culture.
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics: Review reports, analyze performance data, and proactively identify risks or gaps — acting quickly to resolve them.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on agency trends, category insights, and competitor activities to sharpen sales strategies and maintain StickEarn’s competitive edge.
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in consultative sales, with proven success in agency-side partnerships.
  • Strong networking within agencies, with established connections to decision-makers.
  • Background in the creative, advertising, or media industry preferred (OOH/DOOH a plus).
  • Experience in selling and relationship management, with the ability to personally handle key client engagements when needed.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team, acting as both mentor and problem solver.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with reporting, data interpretation, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Relationship-driven, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
